What we collect, and why
Contact form enquiries. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. The form is delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service, which passes your message to our email. We use it only to answer your enquiry, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Weighbridge Controls training. When you redeem an access code, the redemption is recorded on our server so each code works once. If you complete the module, the name you print on your certificate, your score, and the completion date are stored so employers can verify the certificate by its ID. Your lesson progress and answers stay in your own browser, on your device.
SureGrain calculator. Everything you enter stays on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
No tracking. This site sets no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. The training apps use your browser’s local storage only to remember your own progress and settings on your own device.
